Looking to get away to a beautiful destination, get some quality CME, and hang out with pediatric colleagues? Then we want to encourage you to join us the weekend of October 2-3 at the Sleeping Lady Resort in Leavenworth. We have some great speakers lined up! We are returning to in-person conferences in a more vaccinated world and, of course, we will be working with the resort to make sure things are aligned with public health guidelines. Please be aware that Oktoberfest has been officially cancelled this year in Leavenworth. On the bright side, it will be a bit less crazy in the area for those looking for a nice retreat, great food, and socializing.

The core mission of NPPS remains providing high-quality CME experiences with a focus on outstanding (and often entertaining) speakers and topics geared toward primary care pediatricians.

Presentations often have pearls to be used right away when you return to clinic as well as themes that transcend clinical pediatrics. We are dedicated to the social experience of in-person learning, providing opportunity for Q&A and engagement with our speakers and fellow attendees. We try to select venues that provide access to sterling Pacific Northwest destinations while striving to provide great CME value overall. Although nothing beats the cost of free CME or the convenience of not having to leave home, we hope this opportunity is just what you need.

Sleeping Lady is just 2-2.5 hours away by car from Seattle with great accommodations.

This year marks our 200th conference and we are celebrating with a special keynote speaker!

We are excited and honored to announce this year’s Keynote Speaker: U.S. Congresswoman and fellow pediatrician Kim Schrier, M.D.
